Ladybird, butterfly, flower, pearl: a whole garden sits on top. There is a white enamel flower with a pink heart and a clear stone in the middle, a pink-and-white butterfly landing above it, a round pearl bead, two green leaves, and a red ladybird with black spots crawling along the band. Two small pink stones are tucked in at the edges.
