An open wreath of small rose gold leaves, set with one marquise stone and a few tiny round ones, frames the lobe. Resting on its lower edge is a butterfly in pale mint enamel, and from it hangs a single small pearl bead. The mint is the surprise: soft, cool, and unlike anything else in your jewellery box.
