Two bands wrap the finger and cross in a wide X on top. One is plain and mirror-polished; the other carries three rows of tiny white stones set close together. Where they meet, the smooth band lies over the paved one, so you see metal and stone in the same glance. Broad on the finger, it is close to the width of a pencil.
